I am an Intentional Creativity Instructor in Training. In my own words: I practice what I refer to as Medicine Painting. The creative process IS the path to Healing. First is setting the intention of healing into the creative piece, which can be of any modality or medium. Next, is following prompts or through meditation and communing with your inner wisdom, ALLOWING the art and the healing to unfold.
My personal pieces have all been labor's of love. I am available for one on one sessions or group sessions using the Intentional Creativity Modality or a combination fine tuned to your specific needs and desires.

My paintings are primarily acrylic. Occasionally I will incorporate other mediums into my paintings, such as crystals, textiles or paper.

Most of my pieces are Medicine Paintings. Rarely do I begin with an end product in mind. Rather, the painting will evolve through many stages; eventually showing itself.

Nature will most often play its part in my creativity, either through inspiration, messages sent to my paint brush, or the place to go when needed to recharge. The female energy...The Goddess, Creatrix, Grandmother, etc is a theme in my creations. Most recently I have been inspired to work with Animal Medicine in my paintings.
In the next year I hope to take a deep dive into my Ecuadorian Indigenous Heritage through a trip to the Amazon to learn and incorporate what is provided by my ancestors on a more conscious level.
